Not a necessity as I spoon mine in and chew lol but it will help with the absorption first thing in the morning.

Yeah post workout I would take a tablespoon full and stick it in my gob, chew a bit and chase down with a little water - got some strange looks in the gym, but hey whats new!

Heard its that new naked training increases your biceps in 13 weeks routine your doing mate causing the looks
